Poland PIT-11 Checker
The PIT-11 is your employer's annual statement of your pay and the advance PIT, ZUS social and health contributions deducted - the figures that feed your PIT-37. Enter them and PayGlance checks them against the engine for the year.
How to use it
- Get your PIT-11. Your employer issues it after year end (and files it with the tax office).
- Enter the figures. Gross pay, advance PIT, ZUS social and health contributions.
- See the check. PayGlance shows expected vs reported for each line and flags anything worth a look.
FAQs
What is a PIT-11?
It's the annual information return your employer (the withholding agent) prepares, showing your income and the advance income tax, ZUS social and health contributions withheld during the year. It feeds your PIT-37.
What does the check do?
It recomputes the expected advance PIT, ZUS social and health for your gross pay using standard employee costs and the monthly relief, and compares them with your PIT-11, flagging differences beyond a small tolerance.
Is a flag an error?
Not necessarily - it uses standard assumptions, so reliefs, joint settlement or non-standard costs will move the figures. Treat a flag as a prompt to check, not proof of a mistake.
