PayGlance is provided by PayGlance Limited (registered in England and Wales, company number 17289325, registered office 128 City Road, London EC1V 2NX). Payments are processed by Paddle (Paddle.com Market Ltd), which acts as our Merchant of Record — so your purchase, receipt and any refund are handled through Paddle. You can contact us at hello@payglance.app or raise a request with Paddle using your receipt.
Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations you normally have 14 days to cancel an online purchase. Because our paid features are digital content supplied immediately, when you buy you may be asked to consent to getting immediate access and to acknowledge that you then lose this 14-day cancellation right. This does not affect your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 if a paid feature is faulty or not as described.
For a one-off purchase (such as the £19.99 Tax Return Pack), if you have not yet used the paid feature we will refund it within 14 days of payment on request. Once you have run the paid audit or otherwise used the content, the digital-content position in section 2 applies.
For subscriptions (such as the £24.99/year Pro plan or the Bookkeeper plans), you can cancel at any time. Cancelling stops the next renewal and you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for. We do not usually refund the unused part of a current period unless the law requires it or the service was faulty — but we will always honour your statutory rights.
If a paid feature does not work as described, please tell us. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 you may be entitled to have it put right or to a refund. We would rather fix the problem, so contact us first and we will help.
Email hello@payglance.app from the address you used to buy, with your order or receipt reference (shown on your Paddle receipt) — or raise the request with Paddle directly. We aim to respond within 5 business days. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method by Paddle, usually within 5–10 business days.
Business (B2B) and white-label purchases are governed by their separate licence agreement; refunds for those are handled by arrangement under that agreement.
We may update this policy from time to time. The date above shows when it last changed.
